Jenkins Meat Shop, founded in 1888 by Jenkins Andres, who trained and qualified in his early years working with a wide spectrum of meats, in the retail sector working in different butchers shops across London. Jenkin’s meat productions are constantly checked for quality, to ensure that our clients receive continuity and consistency of supply of premium quality meat.

The early beginings and tradition

Using time honoured methods of traditional butchery and selling experience of 130 years for good meat, Jenkin’s which has grown to become one of the UK’s largest meat retailers. We still retain the ethos of serving quality meat from farm to plate.

We endeavour to give the highest quality produce and service to our consumers, and we source our meat with care. We tell our customers in confidence that all of the meat in our shop was once well-fed and well-cared for. The Butcher and his Journey


The Butcher shop was opened in 1888 by Mr. Jenkinson Andres as a small roadside shop in a market side in Lindsaybeg, a small village in Scotland. Later on he developed the bussiness and established as a trusted and quality butcher. Now the shop is run by his grand grand child Mr.Robertson Andres who is also very much passionate on the meat business. He always give preference to customer satisfaction and never compromise in quality and quantity of the meat he sells. Right now Jenkins butcher Shop is the number one butchers in whole Scotland.
